Personnel and Experience
ForestCare
Corp. owns and operates forestry renewal centers in St. Williams
and Wawa, Ontario, which together grow over 60 million seedlings
annually for reforestation by the forest industry, Stewardship
and Conservation authorities. ForestCare also provides tree
seedlings for residential, ornamental, farming, nursery, woodlot
owners, municipalities and commercial owners. ForestCare Corp.
is a leader in the reforestation industry. It is a well-capitalized,
technologically innovative and forward-looking company, delivering
to their clients the best seedling product available in the
market. ForestCare shareholders have and continue to make
a strong commitment to ForestCare Corp. ForestCare Corp. ("ForestCare")
was formed July 24, 2002 to become the leading producer of
seedlings for reforestation in North America by providing
the highest quality seedlings at the lowest cost. ForestCare
Corp is a private company owned by three shareholders, who
are Ken Fowler Enterprises Limited, Charlesway Corp. and John
de Witt. On July 24, 2002 ForestCare Corp. purchased two Ontario-based
nurseries, the St. Williams Forestry Centre and the Wawa Forestry
Centre. There are 26 acres of growing space associated with
the greenhouse-containerized operation between the two facilities,
plus 300 acres of bareroot fields in St. Williams Forestry
Centre. These centres have the expansion potential to produce
over 160 million seedlings annually and are currently growing
60 million seedlings every year. Both facilities currently
employ 21 full time staff and 140 seasonal workers.

Manager (St. William's)
Steve's fierce commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
has been evident ever since he joined ForestCare in 1999.
As Manager in St. Williams, Steve runs the containerized tree
seedling operation.
Lyneve
Rohr
Grower( St. William's )
Lyneve is responsible for growing seedlings for companies
or individuals that have contracted their growing to ForestCare.
Lyneve has over 20 years of experience in growing containerized
tree seedlings for the forest industry.
Jan
Kichler
Order Desk ( St. William's )
With a welcoming smile and a friendly, calm voice on the telephone,
Ms. Kichler runs the Order Desk for mail order and over the
counter tree seedling sales and shipping. Jan is also heavily
involved in developing our specialty occasion trees, which
are used to commemorate special occasions such as births,
graduations, weddings, anniversaries, fundraisers etc.

McLaren
Client Services Representative ( St. William's )
Dave is our Southern Ontario Client Services Representative,
who is responsible for making our future and present clients
aware of the benefits of planting our seedlings for afforestation,
landscape and streambed stabilization/restoration projects.
He helps convey the clients' expectations to the growers.
His strong retail background adds another dimension to client
service within ForestCare.
Steve
Levesque
Vice President of Production
Steve Levesque has been successfully growing seedlings with
ForestCare since 1995. He has been the Head Grower in Wawa
since 1997 and is known by all our clients for growing high
quality seedlings and going the extra mile during shipping-planting
season to ensure a successful planting year.
Nancy
McCallum
Accounts Manager (ForestCare)
Nancy is responsible for financial management at ForestCare
and the reporting of all financial and management information
data. Nancy takes care of accounts payable/receivable, payroll
and all general office administration requirements.
Renee
Baronette
Assistant Grower
Renee assists Nancy in her role as Wawa Office Co-ordinator
and Central Purchasing Agent. She is committed to receiving
the highest quality supplies for the best price to ensure
ForestCare produces the best tree seedlings available. She
is involved in activities of administration and embracing
all growing operations in Wawa.

Mechanical Technician/Assistant Grower( St. William's )
Adam's enthusiastic energy ensures that the day-to-day operations
of the mechanical side of tending the tree seedlings are completed
in a timely and proper manner.

Bruce provides steadiness and a long history of knowledge
